Life can get crazy - I get it! However, time is money in this industry!

You will receive a reminder text 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please notify me at that time if something comes up and we need to cancel, reschedule, or adjust your appointment!

Also, to make it extremely easy and convenient, you may cancel your own appointment at the time in which you receive the reminder text by simply clicking the link and selecting cancel or reschedule.

Because of the multiple ways to cancel and the simplicity of it - there is a cancellation fee of 25% of your service for less than 48 hours notice and 50% of your service if I don't hear from you or see your beautiful face on the day of your appointment.

To respect my time, your time, and clients arriving after your appointment, please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiting part of your service, such as a shampoo with a haircut or a haircut with a color service. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled time, you will need to reschedule your appointment and may be subjected to a fee or portion of your service cost.

Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let me know prior to leaving my suite or no later than 24 hours after your service. There is a one week grace period to come back for an adjustment, free of charge. If you do not notify me or come within one week from your initial service, you will be charged the regular rate for the service needed to make adjustments.

Changing your mind once the service is performed about a new style, color, etc. that you agreed to/chose during the consultation at your appointment.
